Ella’ s World is an online paradise for owners of four-legged friends, offering exquisite collections of canine products to spoil any pooch. Inspired by rescue dog Ella, a black Labrador and Great Dane mix, Ella’s World started out as a modest company with a passion for making unique and wonderfully crafted dog beds. With increased demand and the endorsement of celebrities such as Cindy Lauper, the company has since evolved and is now offering a wide range of quality canine products from bowls, apparel, accessories, food and of course their signature beds.
This was a new venture and the brief was to create a brand accompanied by an online universe which would resonate with dog-lovers the world and reflect Ella’s joyful personality. As a 360 project it included developing brand identity, artworking imagery, positioning of products, planning user journeys and assisting with online communication.
These projects start with name and logo, followed by visions, stories and product selections which all help establish the brand identity. However, the emotional branding and carefully crafted user journey are only evident and successful once the platform is made available to its audience. Following the initial product shoot, the images were skilfully artworked to enhance features such as textures, handmade details and colour palettes which often appear lost in photographs.
