This was a new venture within the property market, positioning itself as a financial platform for investors to whom key factors such as trust, strength, quality and reliability would play a crucial role at the decision stage. The brand identity needed to reflect this, and inspiration was drawn from geometry with a nod to its mathematical features and the iconic 1920’s Art Deco period with its instantly recognisable statuesque shapes, forms and fonts.
